Stores along your travel route may not have the right type of food for your dog. This means that you need to make sure that you take plenty of it with you that will last the entire length of your trip.

It’s also important to pack plenty of water as a refillable container to replenish as needed. Be sure you also take along food and water bowls so you can give your pup these things on the road.
