Travel Gift Guide for the Nomad in Your Life

The holidays are coming and we are all going crazy thinking about what we are going to get for our loved ones or you simply looking for a gift for outdoor mom. It might get hard to think of something for everyone.

This is especially true when it comes to travelers. We tend to move a lot and normal gifts are usually a bit complicated to fit everything in a backpack or a suitcase. So we might end up leaving it home and never using it.

That’s why I came up with a list of 21 gifts that any traveler would definitely get a lot of use out of.

Travel Gift Guide for Travelers

Essentials

Waterbottle
Preferably with a water filter or a collapsible coffee cup can also be extremely useful for those of us looking to be a little more eco-friendly.

Travel-Size Skincare
Our skin can get really damaged and dry if we don’t take good care of it while traveling.

Microfiber Towel
Most accommodations have towels but what if you want to go swimming at a river or waterfall? Plus, they dry fast.

Toothbrush Sanitizer
UV light will prevent bacteria from growing on it, plus the case prevents it from it rubbing off on your soap or hairbrush.

Multitool
Everyone needs one of these on their backpack. You never know what may happen. (Check the list of airline forbidden items if you are traveling by plane)

Headlamp
Great tool for finding stuff when it is dark and you are not alone, to use for hikes or to do some reading outdoors.

Electronics

Universal Adaptor
There are some places where it can be a headache to find an adaptor for your electronics, with this product you will be ready for anything.

Power Bank
We all need one of these, not just travelers. But it would be very appreciated.

Kindle
For those travelers who love reading but hate how big and bulky books are.

Bluetooth Portable Speaker
Listening to music during those private moments in my hotel room are the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

Wireless Headphones
They aren’t just stylish but they also allow you to block out noise and don’t have to worry about them getting ruined if you fall asleep with them.

External Hard Drive
With all of the photos and videos that we are constantly taking we definitely need one of these.

Organizers

Luggage Set
An upgrade of your luggage is by far one of the best gifts that a traveler can get.

Packing Cubes
This seven-piece set will allow you to keep everything organized in your suitcase.

Travel Wallet
You need a safe place for your passport, cards, and money. Preferably it should have RFID Blocking.

Set of Travel Bottles
Having a set of bottles TSA approved bottles for stuff like creams, shampoo, and other toiletries is the perfect gift for those who want to travel with their own.

Drybags
I am a firm believer that you should always carry a set of these for your clothes. It will avoid trouble with them getting wet during transport.

Hanging Toiletry Bag
We all need a compact holder for our toiletries, and if it can be hung in the bathroom even better.

For Comfort

Eye mask
Airplanes are uncomfortable places, but wearing an eye mask to avoid being woken up when your neighbor turns on their light can make things better.

Earplugs
This is another essential if you want to have any decent sleep on the plane, especially with kids around.

Travel pillow
Last, consider one of these. Some airlines provide them for you but they tend to be really bad or they cost a lot for the quality. So use yours.

Your microfiber towel can double as a blanket if you buy a beach size one.

Bonus: If the man in your life is an adventurer and loves cute gifts, you might want to consider something from manlymanco.com. They have so many cool ideas for food that they can take when they go out camping, on a road trip, or fishing that also comes in a cute, fun, and, in cases, romantic type of gift.
