Training With a Runny Buddy – Day 4

I’ve never actually trained with someone, even when I was into fitness I did most of the training and working out myself.

But now that I’m going for this crazy goal and somehow managing to inspire others to join me, I’ve got me a training partner and, man, working out with her totally pushed me beyond my limits and I LOVE IT!!!

My buddy took us to El Cerro which is up on a hill overlooking our town of Antigua in Guatemala.

When I say up on a hill, I mean like really up there (well I can go even higher but I will need way more than 4 days of training, hoping to get there on my 40th day 🙂

Needless to say, it was great, I was huffing and puffing.

I’m ready for more.

4.46 kilometers- one kilometer was a super steep inclined stepway – that did me in.
Training time – 43 minutes
