You can also go and unwind at Domino Park, which is a famous place for people to leisurely play games of chess and dominoes, sometimes with total strangers. If you have a hankering for authentic Cuban food, then this is the place for you. There are also music festivals and massive street festivals in the spring and summer featuring dancing, live music, food, and arts and crafts sellers displaying their goods for potential customers. Little Havana is a fun place to visit and an important place to become acquainted with in order to better understand this community’s rich history.

Wynwood Walls is one of the largest street art installations in the world, and it also happens to be free. It is located in one of the city’s previously most run-down neighborhoods and is now the home to a massive outdoor museum. Artists from the community and, indeed, the world over are invited to create beautiful works of art at Wynwood Walls, which has now become one of the city’s most beloved haunts. The bright, eclectic street art is a striking homage to the city’s diverse and vibrant residents and something that every tourist should definitely see as soon as they can.

Don’t Forget the Everglades
