This is hard for me to admit to the public, but I am completely freaked out about anything that has to do with technology.

I mean petrified!

I have never used a single bluetooth device. And, quite frankly, after my husband ‘explained’ to me what it is at least ten times, I still have no idea what he is talking about.

So you can imagine how nervous I was when I received my new Logitech Bluetooth Easy-Switch Keyboard. And I bet you’re wondering. If you’re so scared about tech products why did I buy this keyboard?

The real reason is I love to upgrade my life. I love to treat myself good when it comes to anything, but especially my work environment. And since I work all day, every day on my computer or my iPad, and travel a lot, it was time to expand my horizons.

And if you don’t get out of your comfort zone, you miss out on awesome products like this one.

So what if you have no idea what bluetooth is, all you have to know is how to turn it on and off. And bingo it works perfectly. There is no program to install, nothing.

And you can use it with several Apple products at once.

And if you’re like me, who knows nothing about bluetooth – this also means that it is wireless.

The keyboard lights up. You can work in the dark with it and not stumble your way through or bend over like a fool squinting to find the right letter.

And check this out, it turns the light off on its own if not being used for a certain amount of time. However, when you come close to it and simply wave your hand over it, it turns back on. This is perfect for dark areas.

You don’t have to have backlight on all the time. You can turn it off and on manually not to use up battery.

And let me tell you about it’s battery life – it can go for up to one year. ONE YEAR. I’m a bit nervous to even inquire how that is done, maybe some alien material. All I know is that I don’t need to carry around my charger. However, the charger is the same wire that you use for almost anything these days, the universal kind.

Honestly, I’ve been putting this off for ages and now feel like I can’t live without it.
