Even if you are used to workouts that last an hour or two, remember that something is better than nothing! When you travel and are away from home, chances are you are quite busy so you want to give yourself enough time to get a workout in but not let it dominate your day if you have a busy schedule.

Explore the city you’re in on bike or via a walking tour. Skip the bus tour and get those steps and movement in!
