After the decarbing process, it becomes the THC and CBD we know and actually need it our butter. To decarb your hemp flower, preheat your oven to 245°F then place your non-sticky oven tray that your bud is placed in set your timer to 30-40 minutes. Ensure that you shake/stir the bud in the tray every 10minutes to ensure that all sides are exposed to the heat.

Step 3: grind

The next step is to grind the already Decarboxylated hemp flower to a coarsely state with a hand grinder. Ensure that you don’t over grind the flower.

Step 4: Stovetop cooking

The next steps are to melt the butter, add the cannabis and simmer the end product. All of these steps have been combined to make just one which is what we named the stovetop cooking step. Combine equal amount of butter and water (e.g. 1 cup of water and 1 cup of butter) into a sauce pot. The water is added to help regulate the temperature, once the butter begins to melt, add the grounded hemp flower to the mixture in the sauce pot. After this is done, ensure that the temperature of the fire is kept at a low temperature of 160°F to 200°F to help simmer the mixture. Ensure you stir the mixture occasionally and let the mixture simmer for around 2-4 hours. Do not let the mixture reach the boiling point else all the process becomes a waste.
