As we planned our round-the-world adventure, we made every moment count. After exploring New York, Hawaii and Japan, our next planned destination was Singapore before heading back to London via Kuala Lumpur and Bali instead of staying two weeks before traveling directly there.

Our journey started at an Asian shopping center, with us needing beverages and snacks before embarking on our bus ride; Starbucks in Marina Bay Sands provided exactly what was necessary for this journey.

Surprisingly, our bus arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled with efficient staff assisting us with our luggage before departing 10 minutes earlier than planned. Everything seemed smooth thanks to their efficient system.

Traveling from Singapore to Malaysia by bus was an enjoyable and relaxing experience, featuring comfortable seats, friendly staff, and even a meal of fish and rice!

Ten minutes later, the Malaysian border stopped which involved taking all luggage with us through similar security processes that run like clockwork! Everything ran smoothly!

Traveling from Singapore to Malaysia by bus was an enjoyable and relaxing experience, featuring comfortable seats, friendly staff, and even a meal of fish and rice! Although my view was restricted to highways rather than airport chaos, traveling this way proved more worthwhile when considering all of the time spent waiting in airports than taking the bus route.

With one of the city’s most picturesque pools onsite and modern and spacious accommodations – featuring kitchen facilities, laundry machines and complimentary breakfast with an amazing view – this journey began brilliantly!

Stay tuned for my next post where I will detail what to do in Kuala Lumpur when you have only three days to explore this vibrant city!
