Caye Caulker is a two-mile island off of Belize City and without a doubt one of the most beautiful places my family and I have ever visited.
We are so in love with it, that we want to move there, even for a short period of time.
Aside the laid back lifestyle and gorgeous Caribbean sea, there are barely any cars and the best way to get around is by bike.
As a matter of fact, the best roads are bike paths.
