Total Transparency – Day 3 Training for Ultra Marathon 50K


Today is a REST DAY – my trainer says I can’t push myself too hard.

So today is a day of facing up to my past five months of decision to NOT exercise at all.

For a fitness junkie, this is a big deal. And let me tell you, the fat crawls up on you faster than you can burn it off.

It’s a good thing I’m training for a 50K 😉

So today is measurement day (and stretch day too)

Biceps Right – 11 inches and Left: 11 inches
Chest 34.5 inches
Waist – 29
Lower waist – 35
Hips – 41
Thighs – Right: 24 and Left: 24.5
Calves – Right: 13 and Left: 13
