Living in Guatemala the last thing my kids know about is American Soda Shops. When I heard about Pike’s Old Fashioned Soda Shop, I made it a top priority stop for my kids and I.
Restaurants in Charlotte – Pike’s Old Fashioned Soda Shop
I’m a huge fan of old fashioned anything. And it’s been years since I’ve visited a typical, 50’s style soda shop in the US too.
And what is the #1 thing you get at soda shops?
And, let me tell you, Pike’s did not disappoint.
Want to make a milkshake at home but don’t have a blender? No problem, find out how to make milkshakes without a blender here.
The kids menu is thorough with tons to choose from.
And the adults menu you get to chose your main meal and sides. I can almost survive on sides alone, but I got one of their top dishes: Honey Pecan Fried Chicken. Yummmmm.
Since Charlotte is a city that you need to have a car to get around, we rented from the Enterprise in Pineville, Charlotte.
