My son is extremely difficult to please when it comes to food. He is without a doubt the pickiest eaters. While traveling in Honduras a lovely boutique hotel in copan– Yat Balam – invited us for  a visit and lunch.

I had a delicious bagel, a super rarity in this part of the world, tuna salad with pita bread. And my son had pita with beans. YUMMY! This was one of the highlights of our vacation in Honduras.
