Guatemala Travel – SPA Day in Antigua Guatemala

I still can’t believe how many different things are packed into a super tiny city like Antigua. I say that because I have found countless hotels, restaurants, bars, dance schools, Spanish schools and handcrafts stores. But now I found something else that I wanted to try: Spas.

There are tons of other things to do in Guatemala for couples, take a look.

We chose the one called Minoshka’s Salon & SPA. It is divided in 3 parts but the one we went to is in the 7th avenue between the 4th and the 5tgh streets of Antigua Guatemala.

When I was doing the reservations these guys offered a couple’s massage as part of a package and I thought it was a great idea. So one weekend we headed there. The great thing is that not only we got a great SPA experience but we had a relaxing walk that gave us time to talk and enjoy each other’s company.

When we got there we had to wait for a moment but not for long. They also gave us a list of the different massages they offer. I ended up having a Thai massage while my husband chose the Hawaiian massage. They were really good. I was so relaxed that almost fell asleep. Another thing I really liked was the service the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I would highly recommend visiting this place if you are in Antigua. It is the perfect addition to a romantic getaway, an anniversary or even a vacation.
