Who has time to sift through a 300 page guidebook, read all the information online, filter out the good and bad reviews, then do the actual planning for your family trip? Maybe you're thinking, I'll just book the hotel and take care of the activities once I get there in hopes the Hotel concierge or receptionist will give good choices. They might, but most likely they are getting kick backs and almost certainly have NEVER done the activity or visited the restaurant or have been where you want to visit.
I don't know about you, but family travel planning is all about getting the kids to participate, involved, and be part of the team. Not a single guidebook I've looked through had any pictures of the location you are about to visit giving the children a visual understanding so that they can get excited with you. Nor are the guidebooks truly geared for family travelers.
My family and I have visited all the places in our guide books. My kids, husband and I have done all the activities, eaten at the restaurants, stayed at the hotels and tested them hands on. Everything you find inside is what I would recommend my best friends to do when visiting any of these places.
And remember we spent hundreds of hours researching, trying out all the places that are definitely for kids!
