Gift Giving – What to Get My Mom

gift giving - pot for plants - gift for mom

Every year when visiting my parents in the States I need to get them gifts. But trust me when I say this, the biggest gift you can give your parents are grand kids, so anything after that is just a ‘oh thanks’ kind of thing.

So… When it comes to Gift Giving, What do you get a woman who pretty much has everything she needs?

After much consideration, and knowing one of my mom’s hobbies, I found CommercialSilk.com.

My mom loves plants of all shapes and sizes, live or artificial. Since I’m not a big lover of these, I didn’t have the creativity behind finding the actual plants.

But I do love planters, pots to put the plants and flowers into. And that’s how I found the beautiful planter for my mom.

About the Company

Commercial Silk was founded in 1986 in Minneapolis, Minnesota with the goal of producing the world’s finest, most authentic artificial trees and silk plants.

They can provide you with anything from a single artificial office plant or a complete design. In fact, their designs are being featured in buildings in over 50 countries.

Products to Chose from
Planters – Commercial Silk offers a wide range of planters mostly aimed towards decorating work spaces, restaurants and hotels. They come in all shapes and sizes, such as square, round, tall, rectangular, with a classic look or a modern one.

This allows them to have something to complement pretty much any décor style.

The Silk Plants Direct Round Container is an elegant tall brown round container. It is made of fiber glass, making it extremely light. Its pattern sort of resembles that of a piece of wood or stem of a palm tree.
