Medieval Times Orlando – A Photo Adventure

When I was 18 years old, a freshman at University, I came home to visit my family for the first time after leaving. As a celebration, my folks, took my brother and me to a Medieval Times restaurant. To say the least, I have great memories of spending time with them while being totally entertained. Many years later (too many to say) I wanted to take my boys to experience what I did when I was younger.

Medieval Times Orlando – An 11th Century Adventure

Here’s a good idea of what you’ll do while visiting this super – cool dinner theater:

  • The dinner attraction is inspired by an 11th century feast and tournament.

  • Guests are served a four-course banquet and cheer for one of six Knights competing in the joust and other tests of skill.

  • The performance is two hours of jousting, swordsmanship, thrilling hand-to-hand combat, displays of extraordinary horsemanship and falconry as part of an exciting yet touching story set in Medieval Spain.

Our meal brought to us by a fair maiden – this is huge. You have to eat like you would during the 11th Century – no silverware, just our hands. There was so much food we had enough for the next night’s dinner. You start off with unlimited ice tea or soft drinks, tomato soap and garlic bread, chicken, ribs, baked potato and apple pie. It was enough food for a fat king.
