It’s hard not to get into the Panini trend. They seem to be everywhere. However, at this point I’ve had quite a few different ones and I have to say the ones on a French Baguette seem to be my winners.

Tartines is a highly regarded French restaurant in Antigua, Guatemala. The setting is lovely since you get to sit on a terrace over looking the volcanoes and other Antigua roof tops. The food is good, but I don’t remember it being all that. However, I did enjoy the panini!
