Nahgra – Kinesi Therapy machine was invented by a Korean martial arts scientist, Dr. Charles Kwak. This unique system implements the ancient wisdom of Eastern medicine with modern kinesiology. The machine works perfectly for a wide range of problems from muscles and joint, to nerve pain to herniated discs to lack of mobility issues.

What Nahgra Machine Does

The machine allows you to fully relax while it takes over and goes to work. However, it’s not that simple. First the helpful and knowledge staff at Prana Holistic Center sit down with you and do a very thorough evaluation before programming the machine so that it focuses on your specific needs.

Once I laid down, the machine started to sway my body, then rotate different parts and do bending motions. It slowly worked its way through, relaxing me for the actual therapy. Then it started to get more specific. What separates this machine from the others, and even the human touch is how it can move certain parts of your body in ways you never moved them before. To me this was the key to releasing unwanted stress and aligning parts of my body.
