Sorry it’s taken me a while to write you, we got back to Philly last Sunday and went to work Monday morning and life has been hectic ever since – life was so much simpler in CR!

The trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish, thank you again! Nayara is a truly magical place and I’m really glad we rearranged the trip to get us the suite there. The activities in Arenal were also all very fun. Ali worked up the courage to do the zipline, although she screamed the entire way down (I got some great video footage of this on my camera!). The liquid lava hike was also good (although sadly there was no lava flowing during our trip) and The Springs was a luxurious end to that day. Rio Celeste was beautiful, and we were glad to get a more strenuous hike during the trip – after that we were pretty content to lounge around Nayara and rest up for our flight back.

We also really felt that you had booked us with the best tour companies for all the things we did. For example, when we went rafting, H2O took us out in small boats with individual instructors. A couple other tour companies were on the same river, in much bigger boats that were all getting stuck since the water level on the river was low. We noted this comparison again and again, and realized that even if we’d had the time to plan the trip ourselves, we never would have known which companies would give us the best experience. Also, having your name associated with all our reservations got us immediate attention and great service.

I’m definitely planning to go on some travel sites and write glowing reviews for both you, the places we stayed, and the guides/tour companies you booked us with, as soon as I have a little free time.

Thanks again for a great trip, we were not at all ready to leave at the end, and we’ll definitely be coming back to CR in the near future, so you’ll probably hear from me again!
