PinExt Gambling Center of Central America – Costa Rica

We all know that Las Vegas is the most famous gambling city in the world but after the last couple of years Costa Rica has been gaining some ground. There gambling is legal in Costa Rica as long as it takes place in a Casino. There are about 40 legal gambling facilities, mostly casinos, scattered in about 18 cities in Costa Rica. Most of these casinos can be found in San Jose, which has about 18 gambling facilities. Here, you can try your luck at the slot machines or card tables. You can also play the usual casino games like poker, bacarat, roulette, and blackjack. You can also enjoy yourself by gambling at an online casino, my favorite by far is online roulette (that’s the only one I seem to do any good at). Costa Rica is the base of most online gambling firms, as well as syndicates.

Irazu Hotel Best Western & Casino Concorde is considered to be the largest casino in Costa Rica. It is found in La Uruca. There are also some great casinos in San Jose, Playa de Tamarindo, Quepos and Guanacaste.

Most tours are in partnership with major poker or gambling conventions or conferences. There are several big international tournaments staged during the year, but there are some smaller, local tourneys available per week.

Although there are some forms of illegal gambling offered in Costa Rica, it would be best if gamers or visitors visit legalized places only. It would be terrible and a hassle if you get caught up with the authorities during your trip! Just enjoy and stay safe!
