Out of all the hotels I visited when I went to El Salvador this one was the most beautiful one. It is called Los Almendros de San Lorenzo. It is located in the colonial and absolutely beautiful town of Suchitoto. Let me tell you why I think this kid friendly hotel is so great.

The first thing I loved was the decoration and the grounds are beautiful. When I asked about it I was told that it is an ancient hacienda which has been entirely restored with great details by a famous Salvadoran architect: Jose Roberto Geismann.

This boutique hotel offers luxurious accommodations, the options are: two Apartment-Suites, two Suites and four Double rooms. The hotel also has a restaurant that I loved because of the delicious food with International and Mediterranean dishes.

Although the hotel has a kid friendly policy and the staff offers a great service I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with small kids because of all the antiques. Believe me you don’t want to have to pay for some old thing.

Over all I loved this hotel the service is so good and the rooms are really pretty.
