Thank you for all of your wonderful suggestions for our family trip. We returned Friday with long faces as we were so sad to be leaving.

The Osa Peninsula was everything and more than we anticipated. Poor Gustavo didn’t quite know what to say when I started to cry- from joy- at finally being able to achieve my dream of seeing Corcovado National Park. La Paloma Lodge was PERFECT!!! Wished we could have stayed a few days longer.

Our stay in Buena Vista Luxury Villas, Manuel Antonio was fun. I met Diego at the beach and after chatting a nit realized that he was “your Diego.”I really liked him. He set us up with Estelle who was amazing. We did not get to tour the park due to a terrible and destructive storm but I am not too disappointed as the rest of the area was so beautiful and full of wildlife.

I am going to work on talking my mother into going down to The Osa next year.

Rita and Steve were such fun. We would have liked to have stayed there another day too. Meme’s restaurant across the highway from them was delicious!!

Well….. I hope to need your services again soon.
