This cute town is one of those places in Costa Rica where everyone knows everyone’s name. Sierpe is a small rural town which is actually the gateway to the Osa Peninsula and all of the marvels of the South Pacific region: Cano Island Biological Reserve, Corcovado National Park and the Terraba – Sierpe National Wetlands which b the way is the largest mangrove forest in Central America. There are tons of tours you can choose from. This cute town is known for being a fishermen village that offers plenty of sport fishing opportunities for travelers.
