Ingredients

12 chicken wings
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of English sauce
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of SALT
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
4 teaspoons of oil
10 teaspoons of honey
1 cup of chopped onion
2 cups of concentrated tamarind
1 bay leave
1 cup of ketchup
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of beer
¼ cup of sugar
2 spoons of soy sauce

Cook It Up

Take the skins off the wings and spice them with mustard, English sauce, garlic, salt and pepper, in a flat bowl. Place oil on the heated and fry the wings. When they’re fried cover them with a spoon of honey and continue frying them. Once they’re really fried put them on the side.
In the same bowl fry the onion. When the onion gets transparent add the concentrated tamarind, bay leave, tomato sauce, chicken broth and beer. Keep cooking and when it starts to boil add the sugar and the soy sauce, and stir really good. At last place the wings back in the bowl, turn the heat down and let it cook for 20 more minutes.

Serve It Up

Serve it with mashed potatoes on the side.
