Accommodations & Amenities
Casita Deluxe
It is a free-standing, private casita with a private backyard garden that has an outdoor shower. As well as a private balcony with Jacuzzi overlooking the volcano.
Casita Suite
The Casita Suite provides a private balcony with Jacuzzi and volcano views.
Premium Suite
This suite has beautiful views of the Arenal volcano. Each one has a living room and a private balcony with Jacuzzi. In the bathroom you will see rainfall showers with views to the suite’s private garden.
Nayara Suite
It has an octagonal design. It includes a private balcony with Jacuzzi overlooking the volcano and the same amenities from the premium suite.
Nayara Villa
This a duplex villa each with two rooms. Each room has a bathroom. Amenities in both rooms include towel warmers, top-of-the-line bath-robes, European spa toiletries and shower products. One room has a king size bed and the other one two queen size beds.

The Altamira Restaurant
Here they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here you can also enjoy a drink. There is also the Kali-Kali wet bar where you can enjoy tropical cocktails by the swimming pool.
Nostalgia Wine Bar
Here they offer a wide variety of wines and some wine-friendly tapas.
Pool & Bar
The hotel offers a wet bar for those who want to enjoy a drink without haveing to leave the pool.

Cancellation Policy
- When a guest does not arrive to the hotel on the reserved day and the hotel has not been advised of the situation, the reservation will be charged in full.
- Cancelations due to an emergency will be analyzed based on the General Manager´s criteria and shown proof to the hotel in order to decide if 100% of the reservation will be charged or a part of it.
